Registering Questionnaire
This feature allows the Manager to add, change and delete questionnaires (forms) in a very generic, multi-purpose, and easy way for them to be used in system routines inside 4biz. It will also allow them to import a previously saved questionnaire.
The button "Copy from another questionnaire" allows the Manager to import Questionnaires.
Before getting started
Registering the questionnaire category is a prerequisite.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu System > Visions and Metadata > Questionnaire > Register;
- Click on "New";
- Complete the fields available;
- Create the questions;
- Click on "Save";
- The button "Export" allows to locally save the questionnaire file which can later be copied/imported.
