using low code projects in tickets procedure there are two ways to use low code forms in tickets to insert a form in the service request process create a low code form or edit an existing form; click on the " create template for portfolio " button and choose the type of page; link the template to the request/incident; the template will be inserted into the service request or incident screen to use a form during the resolution (steps) of the request/incident process flow select task user; link the form to a step in the itsm flow on the " interface " tab of a user task using low code applications in the experience center procedure create a low code form or edit an existing form; in the " identification " tab, check the option display as workflow widget ; link the form to an experience center; select the form; using the experience center to enter data
