Generating Report of SLA Control

The tool provides Service Level Management reports with historical data thus enabling, improvement actions in the process.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality through the main menu Reports > Service Level Management > SLA Control;
  2. Set the filters as needed;
  3. Click on "Generate PDF" to create the report in PDF and/or on "Generate XLS" to create the report in Excel.

Generating Report of Expired SLA Control

This report has the objective of presenting the number of service requests, by priority, that is with the SLA expired.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality through the main menu Reports > Service Level Management > Control Report of Overdue SLA;
  2. Set the filters as needed;
  3. Click on "Generate PDF" to create the report in PDF and/or on "Generate XLS" to create the report in Excel.
