Locating a Ticket

The ticket list screen, sometimes can bring an extensive relation of items. The search field allows a quick directing to the item you want, through its number or task name.

Before getting started

It's necessary more than one ticket registered so the search field can return the results.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
  2. Click on the search field.

Rule: The search effectiveness depends on the following of some rules of permission by the filter, such as: execution, delegation, monitoring, visualization, user groups, contract link, units and logged in collaborator.
