Problem Automatic Action

Some events will present a situation where the appropriate action will need to be addressed by the problem management process. This functionality allows the Manager to register automatic actions for Problem Management. This registration is associated with the automatic actions, where it will be used in the 4biz event manager registration of Nagios, Zabbix, Inventory, and Correlated Events.

This feature provides a variety of actions, such as adding, changing, and deleting problem-type automatic actions.

Before getting started

To register an automatic action for Problem Management, it is necessary to previously register the group, unit, the requester (employee), the contract, and the latter being linked to the employee and unit, problem category being linked to the Problem’s workflow.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality through the main menu System > Automatic Actions > Problem Actions;
  2. Fill in the available fields;
  3. Click on "Save".
