This functionality allows the attendant to cancel a ticket.
Before getting started
It's necessary to have a ticket registered previously and have the permissions to cancel it.
Procedure
- Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
- Click on the ticket you want and then on the icon “Open”;
- Change the status of the ticket to "Canceled" by clicking on it;
- In the Solution Response field, describe the reasons for the ticket to be canceled;
- Click on the options button “Operations” and then on “Save and Forward Flow” to save and advance the flow. This way, the ticket will be canceled.
