Continuity Test Calendar
Continuity Registration is a process that passes through several phases. The fourth phase is called Continuous Operation, where the continuity Awareness (education and training), Review and audit, Tests, and Invocation will be defined.
This functionality allows viewing the events of service continuity tests.
Before getting started
The existence of a defined service in the Portfolio and Catalog Management process.
It is necessary to have registered the Continuity Registration, the policy, and the project of continuity of service. In addition to having the scope, vital functions, business impact analysis, risk evaluation, strategy plan, organizational planning, the strategy of tests, awareness, audit, and review.
It is also necessary to have registered the threat and threat categories both linked to each other, besides the risk and risk category.
It is equally essential to have registered the automatic actions to the incident, request, and procedure about the Event Management.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Continuity Management > Continuity;
- Find the continuity you want to view the tests event and click on "Advance";
- In Continuous Operation, click on "Test";
- Select one day in the calendar and complete the fields for the tabs:

5. Click on "Save".
