Creating a Problem through an Event
This functionality is intended to create a problem through an event.
Before getting started
It is necessary to have previously registered the event.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Event Management > Event;
- Click on the event and then on the button “More Options”;
- Click on "Create problem request";
- It'll appear the page to create the problem;
- Complete the fields and click on "Save".
