Creating Child Configuration Item
This feature allows you to register one configuration item to another CI.
Before getting started
It is necessary to have previously registered a configuration item.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Search the Configuration Item;
- Click on the Configuration Item;
- Click on the "Create related Configuration Item" button;
- Fill in the required data relating to each of the guides presented;
- Click on the "Save" button.
