Generating Reports - Event Management
This report is intended to present the event occurrences that were stored in the events database (MongoDB).
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Reports > Event Management > Event Occurrence;
- Set the filters as needed:
- EVM - Connecting the EVM
- Global Events
- Classification
- Monitoring Tool - Connection
- Configuration Item Parent
- Managed Configuration Item
- Category of occurrence group
- Category of occurrence
- Situation
- Period of occurrence
- MongoDB Query
- Click on "Create PDF" to generate the report in PDF and/or click on "Create XLS" to generate the report in Excel.
