Generating Reports from Graphs and Reports Panel - Configuration Items
This report allows you to check the information on the configuration items.
Procedure
- In Access the functionality through the main menu Reports > Incidents/Requests Management > Graphs and Reports (Panel);
- In the "Information Group" field, select the "Configuration Items" option;
- Click on the "Inventory" report;
- Set the filters as needed and click on the "Generate" button
- The inventory report will be presented according to the defined filters;
- There are several ways to view the reports. This is possible through four icons:
To generate a table with information, click on the "Table" icon;
To view graphics options, click on the "Graphics" icon and select the desired graph shape;
To generate a report in PDF format, click on the "Download PDF document" icon;
