Internal Menu of Event Management
This functionality is intended to demonstrate the additional functionalities of an event.
Before getting started
To view the information, it is necessary to have previously registered the event.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Event Management > Event;
- Click on the event you want and then on "Open";
- Click on the icon menu located on the left side of the screen;
- Click on "Actions";
- Click on "Execute". A new screen that presents the request/incident to be executed (closed, captured, etc) will appear;
- Click on "Related Occurrences" so they can appear;
- Click on "Related Knowledge" to relate an existing knowledge or create a new one.
