Registering a Contract
The contract is an agreement between two parties, which undertake to comply with what was agreed between them, under certain conditions.
Contracts inside the system can be of three types:
- The contract type (contract between the provider of type service provider and external customer);
- Operational level agreement (internal agreement between departments of the same organization, an internal provider with an internal client);
- Underpinning contract (contract between an external provider and internal client).
This feature provides a variety of actions, such as creating, changing, and deleting a contract.
Before getting started
Before registering a contract, it's necessary to previously register the provider, client, currency and the operating condition.
Procedure
- Access the main menu Processes > Portfolio and Catalog Management > Contract Registration;
- Complete all mandatory fields;
- Click on "Save".

Contract Products | Link | It allows specifying the project deliverables related to the contract |
Contract Profiles | Link | It allows defining the profiles of professionals that will be fundamental for the development of a project related to the contract. |
Contract Service Level Agreement | Link | It allows specifying what was agreed in the contract between the service provider and the client |
User groups | Link | It allows linking groups to the contract |
View complexity by contract | Link | It allows specifying the complexity values related to the operational costs of the contract |
