Registering Continuity Organizational Planning
Continuity Registration is a process that passes through several phases. The third phase of this process is called Implementation, where the Continuity Plan will be defined, Organizational Planning, and Test Strategy. This functionality allows registering the Organizational Planning.
Before getting started
The existence of a defined service in the Portfolio and Catalog Management process.
It is necessary to have registered the Continuity Registration, the policy and service continuity project defined, besides, have registered the scope, vital functions, business impact analysis, risk evaluation, strategy, and continuity plan.
It is also necessary to have registered the threat and threat categories linked to each other. In addition, have registered the risk and risk category.
It is equally essential to have registered the automatic actions for incidents, requests, and procedures about the Event Management.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Continuity Management > Continuity;
- Find the continuity you want to link the organizational planning and click on "Advance";
- In Implementation, click on "Organizational Planning";
- Complete the fields available:
After describing the executive summary, which is mandatory, we have the following levels:

Executive Committee | To add the group and responsibility. Both are mandatory |
Coordination | To add the group of coordination. The fields group and responsibility are mandatory |
Recovery Teams | To add the group of recovery. The fields group and responsibility are mandatory |
