Registering Occurrence Category
Through this functionality, it is possible to group occurrences of events of the same type. This registration will be associated with each item in the 4biz Inventory, Nagios, or Zabbix event manager registry.
This feature provides a variety of actions, such as including, changing, and deleting the occurrence category.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Event Management > Category of occurrence;
- Click on the tab Occurrence category registration;
- Complete the fields available: Name and Event Type Group;
- Click on "Create/Edit group" to register, edit and delete the event group registration;
- Click on "Save".
