Registering Release Justification
This functionality aims to register the release justification that will be used in other system routines. For example, in the suspension of a Release.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Release Management > Release Request Justification;
- Click on "New" and complete the fields
Field | Description |

Description(*) | Give all the details of the justification |
Situation(*) | Set the status of the justification as Active or Inactive |
Suspended(*) | Once you're editing the justification, you can set if it's suspended or not |
(*) Inform mandatory fields
3. Click on "Save".
4. After saving the release, it will appear in the list of the main screen of the release justification where it will be possible to edit or delete it.
5. In the filters, we can search for a justification. We have the following options for filters:
