Verifying CI Inventory Status
This functionality allows viewing the current status of the inventory execution through the application of the 4biz Inventory, where information obtained through the 4biz agent, SNMP, or OCS Inventory can be viewed.
Before getting started
To view the inventory status of CIs:
It is necessary to have defined an inventory process using the 4biz Inventory functionality (see Configure Inventory Connection).
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Processes > Configuration Management > CMDB;
- Click on the last icon placed on the upper right side of the Configuration Management screen and select the "Inventory Status" option;
- For a specific search, enter the IP or IC name. For a scenario search, use the available filters:

Status | Inventoried (The inventory system has succeeded in collecting the machine data), Ignored (The user has informed on the EVM screen - 4biz Inventory Connection and Configuration that inventoried machines could be ignored from new inventory), Inaccessible (The inventory system has located the IP, but there is no machine to inventory or the machine is switched off), In Progress (The inventory system has not finished performing the machine inventory) or Not Inventoried (The inventory system was unable via SNMP or ag4biz.Net - 4biz Agent - to capture any information about this machine, i.e. this machine does not have the 4biz Agent installed or a configuration for data collection via MIB) |

4. Click on "Search" to perform the search.
🖊 Note: The result listing is shown on pages with up to ten items, containing, in addition to the above fields, the date and time of the last inventory. In addition, you can use the buttons to refresh the results list (manual or automatic update) without having to refresh the entire page.
