More Options on the App
After logging into the Racer 4biz application, you will have access to the "More Options" page, where you can access the other possible options within the application.
Install the app Racer4biz for Android or IOS;
Have access credentials to the system.
Open the app Racer 4biz and access the page "More Options". You will have the following options:
The option "Available for Attendance" is used to share the location of the agents in real-time. It informs the managers that an agent is available.
- The location can be enabled or disabled. If you change this, a confirmation message will pop; you are now available or unavailable (according to the chosen option).
- Click on "OK" to confirm your choice.
Here we can change some of the configurations of the app:
- Language: Select this to go to the language selection screen (system standard, English, Spanish and Portuguese). By selecting one of the languages the system will automatically reset to the previous screen.Push Notifications: By selecting this you will see the push notifications screen with the following notifications options:

Occurrence Notifications | When this is enabled, the app will show notifications about messages: "There is a new update of the Run2biz app. Click here to view" |
Location Notifications | When there are notifications of location, a message will be displayed saying: "Available for service. Your location is being shared" |
Notifications of Approval | When there are approval notifications a message will be displayed saying "There is a ticket waiting for approval. Click here to view". By selecting the message, the application will show you the approval queue. |
Chat Notifications | When you have chat notifications, the notification will appear on the user's mobile phone. "There is a new update of the Run2biz app. Click here to view". By selecting the message, the application will show you the chat screen. |
⚠ Attention!
Although it is possible to set up chat notifications, the chat service is not yet available in the app. Wait for the future versions.
The notifications can be enabled or disabled individually. When you select an option, a confirmation message is displayed: "Settings changed successfully".
When you first log into the system, all notifications will be disabled by default.
The option "About the App" will show a screen with Terms of Use. You can read the terms and Privacy Policy.
By selecting the option "Quit the App", the following message will pop up: "Are you sure you want to log out and quit the app?". Select the available options according to your needs: Cancelling will return you to the previous screen, and Confirming will log out and quit.
