Printing Ticket

This functionality allows the attendant to print a summary of the main data of a ticket.

Before getting started

To view and print a ticket, it's necessary to allow 4biz’s domain to pop-up windows in the browser.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Ticket Management > Ticket;
  2. Click on the ticket you want, then on "More options" and select the option "Print".
