Reactivating Suspended Ticket

This functionality allows the attendant to reactivate a suspended ticket.
It's necessary to have permission to reactivate a suspended ticket.
- Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
- Click on the ticket and select "Reactivate" in the options menu;
- Confirm the reactivation of the ticket.
