Reactivating Suspended Ticket

This functionality allows the attendant to reactivate a suspended ticket.

Before getting started

It's necessary to have permission to reactivate a suspended ticket.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
  2. Click on the ticket and select "Reactivate" in the options menu;
  3. Confirm the reactivation of the ticket.
