Use
Reopening Ticket

This functionality allows the end user or the attendant to reopen an already closed ticket.
It's necessary to previously register tickets.
- Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
- Click the menu button located in the upper left corner of the screen and then on the option "Advanced Search";
- Click on the ticket you want and then on "Action" and "Reopen Ticket/Task";
- Confirm the reopening of the ticket.
