Reopening Ticket

This functionality allows the end user or the attendant to reopen an already closed ticket.

Before getting started

It's necessary to previously register tickets.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality Ticket Management through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
  2. Click the menu button located in the upper left corner of the screen and then on the option "Advanced Search";
  3. Click on the ticket you want and then on "Action" and "Reopen Ticket/Task";
  4. Confirm the reopening of the ticket.
