Scheduling Ticket Activity

This functionality allows the current attendant to schedule an activities from the ticket.

Before getting started

It's necessary to have previously registered the periodic activity groups to be able to schedule activities for a ticket.

Procedure

  1. Access the Ticket Management process through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > Service Request and Incident;
  2. Click on the ticket you want and select the option "Schedule activity" in the options menu;
  3. Click on the tab Create Schedule and complete the necessary data;
  4. Click on "Save'. Note that the scheduled activities can be viewed in Agenda, placed in the internal menu of the ticket.
