Scheduling Problem Activities

This functionality allows the executing team of a problem to create and view activities schedules around the problem.

Before getting started

Before registering a problem activity, it is necessary:

To create a problem to control their incidence by implementing management measures and solutions;

It is also essential to create the groups of periodic activities that will be responsible to execute the activities elaborated.

Procedure

  1. Access the main menu Process > Problem Management > Problem;
  2. Find the problem you want to suspend, click on "More Options" and then on "Schedule Activity";
  3. In the "Create Schedule" tab, fill in the available fields (Group of activities Technical Guidance, Schedule, and Estimated duration);
  4. Click on "Save".
