Suspending Problem

This functionality allows suspending a registered problem.

Before getting started

It is necessary to have a problem and a suspension justification for a problem already registered.

Procedure

  1. Access the main menu Process > Problem Management > Problem;
  2. Find the problem you want to suspend, click on "More Options" and then on "Suspend";
  3. Register the justification of the suspension and the complement of this justification;
  4. Click on "Save".
