Verifying My Tickets

This functionality provides a summary of the tickets created by the end user. The access to the user requests can be found in the Smart Portal, making the query quicker, without the need to go into the system. This screen has “Activate/Deactivate timer” which, when activated with a click, presents a timer indicating the time spent and the time left to finish the ticket in the field Remaining item list time.

Before getting started

To verify your tickets, it's necessary to:

Previously register the service request and the configuration item.

The CI should be linked to the request.

Procedure

  1. Access the functionality My Requests through the main menu Processes > Request and Incident Management > My Requests;
  2. Enter a specific configuration item or click on "Search" to present the list of all items registered.
