Constructing Expressions
This functionality can be used to create business rules that will be associated to the Flow.
This feature provides various actions, such as including, changing and deleting expressions.
What are the expressions?
Expressions are resources used in system flows to allow the construction of various scenarios, in addition, expressions can also be used to configure different states of a service flow.
Procedure
- Access the functionality through the main menu Workflow > Expressions;
- To import expressions from another system, click on "Import";
- To export expressions from another system, click on "Export";
- Click on "New" and select the type of expression;
- Each type of expression opens a screen with different fields;
- Click on "Save".
