the dashboards screen displays various metrics and charts related to the services and activities requested within a given period to access the dashboards screen, follow these steps open the my desk application click on dashboard at the top of the application dashboard view filter select portfolio select portfolio you can use this filter to select one or more portfolios click on the arrow on the right side of the selection box and choose the desired option the charts will automatically adjust based on the selected filter select select date date for the system to display metrics, you need to define a time range for the presented data to filter by date, follow these steps click on the date selection box in the upper right corner of the screen; a calendar will appear below; select the start date and end date ; the dashboard will then display all data related to the selected date range to clear the selection or choose a new date, click on the calendar icon the selected date will be automatically removed total tickets right below the filters, the cards display numbers based on the total number of tickets in a specific status within the selected period total tickets in progress resolved canceled graphics below the cards, the pie charts display the number of tickets categorized by activity, executor groups, and sla the colors of each chart segment reflect the parameters of the respective chart each chart includes a filtering options menu in the upper right corner of its box selecting an option applies the filter to the chart in real time hovering over a segment of the chart displays the legend information and the number of tickets the available charts and their filters are activity types (total tickets) all request incident executor groups all in progress resolved canceled tickets by sla (based on response time) all in progress resolved canceled ticket metrics below the pie chart, the system also displays ticket metrics divided by their respective services and activities the menu in the upper right corner allows filtering services by portfolio and activities by service the view more button expands the list of services and activities, displaying more items in each category
