MyDesk is a service platform that processes data and requires this information to operate according to each business's needs.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), users (agents) must be aware of which personal information the system processes.

Therefore, when accessing Movidesk for the first time, a screen will appear requesting acceptance of the terms of use and acknowledgment of the privacy policy.

This screen will also reappear whenever a user's (agent's) name or reference code is updated, whether by themselves or another agent. In such cases, acceptance must be provided again.
