the external applications menu allows you to add links to online tools or websites in the external applications tab of the experience center applications list applications list the external applications page displays a block style list of relevant links for your daily work in the applications list, each link includes logo an image chosen to represent the link it can be the website's logo or any other image title the name of the website the block links to description a short text describing the application actions buttons to edit or delete the application create a new application create a new application to add new links, follow these steps access the my desk application click on external applications in the top navigation menu click add in the first block on the left a new window will appear in the center of the screen to create the new external application link fill in the following details \+ upload add an image or logo that represents the application you want to save title enter the name of the application url type the destination url of the website/application to be accessed description provide a brief description of the website/application or its main functionality add click to finalize and add the new application to the list cancel click to return to the applications list without saving edit an application edit an application to edit an external application, follow these steps click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the application block you want to edit click the edit button a popup window will appear in the center of the screen modify the desired information click save to apply the changes click cancel to return to the applications screen without saving delete an application delete an application to delete an external application, follow these steps click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the application block you want to delete click delete a message will appear at the top of the screen "application successfully removed "
