To customize the Experience Center, follow the steps below:

To customize the colors of My Desk, follow the steps below:

Click on the color palette and choose the desired color;

The changes will be reflected in the real-time preview panel.

It is possible to upload a custom image (company logo, for example). To upload, follow the steps below:

Click the Upload Logo button, displayed at the top of the preview panel;

Select an image file from your computer in the window that will appear in the center of your screen;

Click open. The image will be displayed as a thumbnail and shown next to it in the preview panel;

If you wish to discard the changes and revert to the initial color scheme, click Discard.

After clicking Save, the system will display a message confirming that the Experience Center has been successfully changed.

Any modifications made to the experience center are extended to the email template.

The theme color and inserted logo will also be reflected in the email theme.

If no modifications are made to the My Desk customization, and you prefer to use the initial system color and logo, no theme will be applied to the email template, which will remain in the default white format.

If you want to discard the changes and revert to the default color settings, click 

, the system will display a confirmation message indicating that the Experience Center has been successfully updated.
